Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager, based in Columbus, OH. The General Manager will oversee all day-to-day hotel operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, financial performance, and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, ensuring compliance with service standards, managing budgets, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. The role requires exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills to drive the success of the property.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and team management skills to motivate, guide, and support staff.
- Strong operational knowledge in hospitality management, customer service, and vendor relations.
- Experience managing budgets and financial planning
- Capable of resolving conflicts, addressing guest concerns, and providing effective solutions.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills for efficient operations oversight.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is required; familiarity with the Columbus, OH market is a plus.
